Rachid Sefrioui energizing a crowd of 700 people! it was quite unusual to perform this american-style Rah-rah motivational session in a typically subdued culture in North Africa. But it was an essential moment because it served the Company to rally all 700 people around a single commonality.
The objective was to focus on the notions of Team and Customer for staff members that came from 18 different companies and are now under one merged entity.
Dark ballroom, punshy music and live mic with each subsidiary's team claiming their identity while joining the now bigger team.
